Hardrives, Inc. is under contract with the Heavy Highway Laborer, Operator, and Teamster Union Locals of MN. Construction work is seasonal, therefore most union employees are laid off during the winter season.

Hardrives, Inc. offers non-union careers as well, including estimators, division managers, superintendents, forepersons, quality control technicians, and various office staff positions including accountants. With these positions we offer medical, dental, life and LTD insurance. We also have a 401k retirement plan that includes a company contribution match.
